Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from sleeperawaken.shop. They’re written to be read. If anything is unclear, email hello@sleeperawaken.shop.

1. Who we are

Sleeper Awaken sells digital products at sleeperawaken.shop. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can reach us at hello@sleeperawaken.shop.

2. What you’re buying

• Our products are digital products. Nothing is shipped. Any photos of printed or physical versions are mock-ups unless stated otherwise.
• Your files are on your download page straight after payment, and we email you the link.
• Your download page stays available for at least 12 months. If you lose the link, use “Lost this page?” on the download page or email us.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in USD. At checkout, Stripe may show you the equivalent in your local currency; the amount you confirm there is what you pay.
• Payment is taken in full when you order. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

5. Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print the files for your own use. Please don’t share your access, or share, resell, upload or republish them.

7. Refunds

Every product has a 30-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy.

8. Liability

We work hard to make our products accurate and the downloads reliable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or any liability that can’t legally be limited.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and can bring a claim there.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
